pricing · flat plans + metered usage
On-call rosters, escalation policies, and alerts in from 28+ sources are on every plan - including Free - and no plan has a per-seat line. That is the whole reason it works as a PagerDuty or Opsgenie replacement: the bill tracks your servers, not your headcount. The agent, kernel-level security, and audit-ready compliance are what you pay for, and you will never get a surprise bill.
The usual way to get this coverage
Four subscriptions, four dashboards, four bills - easily £300+/month for a team of ten, and the pager alone grows with every hire.
AlertKick: one agent, one bill, from £39/month.
And the pager part costs nothing: on-call rosters, escalation policies, and alerts in from 28+ sources are on every plan - including Free.
Your first rota, side projects & home labs
£0/mo
Real on-call for two people: one roster, one escalation policy, and a page on your phone before a customer notices. Plus monitors and heartbeats for anything you just want watched - commercial use is fine.
Production servers you depend on
£39/mo
Everything in Free, then the agent on your servers: metrics, containers, and eBPF security events. More monitors and heartbeats, checked every minute. SMS and WhatsApp join the ladder, and AI triage decides whether an event is worth waking you.
Everything in Free, plus:
30-day money-back guarantee
Card data, auditors, a team on call

The rota, the escalation, every channel it can reach someone on, and exactly how many monitors, heartbeats, hosts, and users each plan carries. Monitors and heartbeats are separate allowances.
Users, rosters, and policies are allowances per plan, not prices: nobody is billed per seat, and a bigger allowance is a plan step, not a per-head line. Past 25 users, everything counted becomes unlimited on Enterprise - talk to us. See AlertKick vs PagerDuty and AlertKick vs Opsgenie for what changes when you switch.
The monitoring side is metered on what you actually run. Slide to your real usage and see the monthly total for each paid plan - no tiers to outgrow.

Full coverage at scale
Know when someone logs in, a miner starts, a port opens, or a file changes - kernel-level, included with every host.
Uptime, SSL & domain expiry, cron jobs and backups - anything that must keep running.
Audit-ready PCI-DSS & SOX reports, collected as you go - no screenshot hunts before an audit.
Every security event read and explained in plain English - only the ones that matter reach you.
Past 25 users nothing is counted - users, hosts, monitors, heartbeats, alert sources, rosters, and status pages are unlimited, with custom retention and AI volume. Need to run AlertKick entirely within your own infrastructure? The same plan covers an end-to-end on-premises deployment, and the team helps you set it up.
Free is real on-call for 2 users: rosters, schedules, escalation policies, alerts in from 28+ sources, and paging over mobile push, email, Telegram, and Slack - plus 5 monitors and 5 heartbeats checked every 5 minutes with 7-day retention, one roster, and one escalation policy. Professional (£39/mo) adds SMS and WhatsApp paging, 5 users, unlimited rosters and policies, and the agent - 5 hosts with eBPF security included, 10 monitors and 10 heartbeats every minute, 1000 AI triage events, and 30-day retention. Business (£149/mo) steps up to 25 users, 25 hosts, 50 monitors and 50 heartbeats, 5000 AI events, Kicker the SRE agent, 90-day retention, priority support, and compliance evidence & reports included. Add more hosts, monitors, and heartbeats at the same per-unit rates on either paid plan.
A monitor is any check AlertKick runs against something from the outside: a website or API URL, a DNS record, a TCP port, a domain's registration expiry, or a domain's mail posture (SPF, DMARC, blocklists). Heartbeats are the other way round - your cron job, backup, or pipeline pings AlertKick, and a missed ping alerts. They are separate allowances: Free has 5 of each, Professional 10 of each, Business 50 of each, and on the paid plans an extra monitor or heartbeat is £1 a month.
You pay nothing for your first 30 days. Sign up, add a card, and get full access straight away - if AlertKick isn't for you, cancel with one short form and you won't be charged a penny. Billing only starts once you've stayed past 30 days and decided it's worth keeping.
Yes. A roster is the rotation schedule: who is on call, in what order, and when the hand-off happens. Free includes one roster and one escalation policy, which covers a single team; Professional and Business have no limit, so platform, database, and application on-call can each have their own.
Yes. You set a monthly cap. When you hit the cap, analysis pauses - events are still collected but not analysed. You get notified at 80% and 100%. Raise the cap anytime.
Yes. No card, no trial clock, and commercial use is allowed. It covers real on-call for 2 users - rosters, schedules, escalation policies, alerts in from 28+ sources, and paging over mobile push, email, Telegram, and Slack - plus 5 monitors, 5 heartbeats, one roster, one escalation policy, and a public status page. SMS and WhatsApp, more users, more rosters and policies, the agent, eBPF security, AI triage, and compliance are what you pay for. Upgrade whenever you want them.
Because the cost of running a pager does not grow with headcount - it grows with the infrastructure raising the alerts. Charging per engineer pushes teams to keep the rota short and burn out the same two people. AlertKick bills for hosts and checks instead, so a bigger rotation is free and a bigger fleet is what you pay for.
Yes, anytime. Upgrading is instant. Downgrading takes effect on your next billing cycle. Same account, same data.
No. Monthly billing, cancel anytime - with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month.
SMS is 5p per message on Professional and Business, metered on what is actually sent, and there is no monthly minimum. Messages go out over Twilio to UK and international numbers in E.164 format. WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, email, and mobile push are not metered.
Not yet. The loudest step in an escalation policy today is SMS or WhatsApp alongside a critical mobile push, which on Android bypasses Do Not Disturb. If your policy depends on a phone actually ringing, say so when you get in touch - it is the request we hear most.
A host is anything running the agent, so a Kubernetes node counts as one host however many pods it runs, and containers on a host are covered by that host's agent. Autoscaled instances count while they are running and drop off when they terminate - billing is metered monthly on actual usage. Serverless functions have nothing to install an agent on; watch them with heartbeats and HTTP checks, which are priced as checks, not hosts. On-call and escalation cost nothing on any of them.

Our eBPF agent detects login attempts, cryptocurrency miners, new listening ports, unauthorised processes, file changes, and more - in real time at the kernel level. It's included with host monitoring at no extra charge on every plan. Toggle it on/off per host.
A module that maps eBPF security events to PCI-DSS and SOX controls, generates audit-ready reports, and maintains an evidence timeline. Works across all your security-enabled hosts. It's included with Business at no extra charge, or a flat £49/month add-on on Professional.
