Your on-call setup took years to get right. The AlertKick migration importer moves it in minutes: users, schedules, and escalation policies are read straight from the Opsgenie or PagerDuty API, previewed in full, and recreated in your AlertKick account.
Atlassian ends Opsgenie support in April 2027, and renewals are already closed. If your schedules and policies need a new home, moving them should not mean rebuilding them by hand from screenshots.
Create a read-only key in Opsgenie (Settings, API key management) or PagerDuty (API Access Keys) and paste it on the Migrate page. The key is used for the fetch and never stored.
AlertKick fetches your users, schedules, and escalation policies and shows exactly what will be created - including every item that cannot map one-to-one, with the reason next to it. Nothing is written yet.
One click creates the rosters and policies. Anything skipped stays untouched, and re-running is safe: existing names are never overwritten, so invite the missing teammates and import again.
The preview is honest about the edges: anything that cannot map cleanly is listed with the reason before you commit, never silently dropped after.
Matched by email address. Anyone without a matching AlertKick account is listed in the preview so you can invite them first and re-run - nobody is created behind your back.
Daily and weekly rotations import with their timezone, hand-off day, and hand-off time. Multi-layer schedules import their primary layer; hourly and custom-length rotations are flagged in the preview instead of being silently changed.
Each rule becomes a level: user targets page that user, schedule targets page whoever is on call in the imported roster, and wait times convert to per-level timeouts. Repeat loops carry over.
New policies are seeded so the first target hears about new alerts immediately - not only after the first escalation timeout.
Point your monitoring tools at AlertKick's 28 alert sources - the same Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, and Sentry hookups you had, plus email ingestion for anything older. Then press Send Test Alert on each imported policy: a synthetic alert runs the full chain - notifications, escalation levels, repeats - so you can watch your new setup page the right person before you switch anything off.
Alerts deliver on Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and mobile push. On-call schedules, escalation policies, and every notification channel are included on every plan.
Create a free account, open Integrations, choose Migrate, and paste a read-only key. The preview costs nothing and changes nothing.
