Your on-call setup took years to get right. The AlertKick migration importer moves it in minutes: users, schedules, and escalation policies are read straight from the Opsgenie or PagerDuty API, previewed in full, and recreated in your AlertKick account.
Atlassian ends Opsgenie support in April 2027, and renewals are already closed. If your schedules and policies need a new home, moving them should not mean rebuilding them by hand from screenshots.
Create a key in Opsgenie (Settings, API key management, with Read and Configuration Access ticked) or a read-only REST key in PagerDuty (API Access Keys) and paste it on the Migrate page. The key is used for the fetch and never stored.

Multi-layer schedules import their primary layer; hourly rotations, time restrictions, and end dates are flagged in the preview instead of being silently changed.
Each rule becomes a level: user targets page that user, schedule targets page whoever is on call in the imported roster, and wait times convert to per-level timeouts. Repeat loops carry over. Team targets, if-not-closed conditions, and notify-next or notify-all rules are called out in the preview.
New policies are seeded so the first target hears about new alerts immediately - not only after the first escalation timeout.
